Returns & Replacements

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to the links below to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This form will allow for submitting reasons for the return or replacement and pictures of the product (if necessary), and will provide us with a record of the return. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.

Please use UPS for best results, and all returns should be shipped to the following address:

Refunds & Canceled Orders

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) your refund will be submitted, and an email confirming your refund will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. Refunds take approximately 5-7 business days for processing once the item has been received at our facility. Every effort is taken to process and ship orders shortly after they have been received. If a request to cancel an order comes in prior to the Museum Store shipping it, a full refund can be provided. If the request to cancel is received after the item has shipped, you will need to refer to the instructions for "Returns & Replacements" above.
