• 18" gold plated brass chain with lobster clasp

D.C. artist and designer Alissa Werres is the founder of Off on a Tangent. A licensed architect, she decided to go off on a tangent and design jewelry that combines a few of her passions: architecture, travel, and art. This piece is custom designed for the Renwick Gallery. Alissa drew inspiration from the façade of the Renwick Gallery’s National Historic Landmark building, transforming the arch over the door into unique and beautiful lasercut jewelry.
