What is my order status?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This is our way of letting you know that we got your order! Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for a follow up email containing your tracking number. These tracking numbers are generated as soon as your package is ready to ship. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, feel free to contact Store583@eventnetwork.com or 202-633-1588 at any time.
Do you have (insert item) in stock?
Generally, if an item is not currently available on our website, it is not available to purchase online or in the store. Please check back with us frequently. We add new products and update our stock levels on a regular basis.
Do you offer gift certificates?
No, the SAAM/National Portrait Gallery/Renwick online store does not offer gift certificates at this time.
Can I expedite my order?
While we only offer ground services online, on a case by case basis we may be able to expedite your order. If you have any questions about whether your item is available to ship using express services, please contact 202-633-1588 or Store583@eventnetwork.com for more information.
